Returns

Changed your mind? You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to return

1. Email contact@studiokees.eu within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You may also use the EU model withdrawal form, but this is not required.
2. Send the item(s) back within 14 days of letting us know. We will send you the return address.
3. Return shipping costs are paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Condition

Please return the item unused, clean and in its original packaging where possible, so it can be resold. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. If the item shows wear, damage, dog hair or odours beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, using the same payment method you used for your order. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof of return, whichever comes first.

Defects

If something is wrong with your basket, your statutory warranty rights apply. Email contact@studiokees.eu with your order number and photos, and we will find a solution. In that case the return shipping is on us.
