2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law.

3. Products

Our baskets, cushions and other products are made by hand. Small differences in colour, pattern placement and finish between the photos and the product you receive are part of that and are not a defect. Dimensions are given as accurately as possible.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include any applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is made at checkout using one of the payment methods offered there.

5. Orders

The agreement is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order in case of stock errors, obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days. Pre-order and made to order items, and orders containing ceramics, have a longer shipping time, which is stated on the product page. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and are estimates. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping policy for details.

7. Right of withdrawal

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Return shipping is paid by you. How this works is described in our Refund policy.

8. Warranty and complaints

Our products come with the statutory warranty. If something is wrong with your order, email us with your order number and photos within a reasonable time after you notice the problem. We respond within two working days and aim to find a solution together. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of a product, including damage caused by chewing or scratching. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, except where the law does not allow this.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every order.
